Canada: Shipping fees are dependent on the weight and items of your order. Ranging from $4.99 to $9.99. Please note, regular lettermail does not include tracking. We strongly recommend adding the option of tracked lettermail for $9.99.

ALL Barrettes/Hair Clips will ship as a package to prevent shipping damage.

 Orders above $80 will ship for FREE (tracking included) with Purolator, GLS, ICS, Canada Post or UPS.

The option to upgrade shipping is available at checkout.

USA: We use a calculated shipping app to estimate your fee.
Orders above $100 CAD will ship for FREE (tracking included)

International: Shipping calculated at checkout.

Lost Package? 

Unfortunately, shipping times vary and are unpredictable. We have no control over where your package is located.

If you feel like your package is lost, our policy is to wait 4 weeks (domestic) and 6 weeks (international) before we consider a replacement order.

 

Wrong Address

ElleaShop does not take responsibility for a misspelled address. Please carefully review your details before placing your order. If you notice you entered your address incorrectly, reach out to our team as quickly as possible and we will happily modify it if the order hasn't been completed yet. 

 

Return/Damage/Exchange Policy

Each ElleaShop accessory is thoughtfully handmade and carefully inspected before shipping. If you notice an issue with your item, we’re always happy to help 💕

• If your accessory arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item so we can properly assess the situation.
• For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on accessories.
• If an item shows a craftsmanship defect, we will gladly offer an exchange when reported within 30 days of purchase, once the issue has been reviewed and approved.
• Please note that normal wear and tear can occur over time, especially with delicate fabrics like satin, which are selected for their gentle, hair-friendly qualities. For this reason, concerns reported beyond 30 days are considered natural wear and are not eligible for exchange.
