Where do you ship?
We currently ship worlwide.
Who is our shipping courier?
CANADA
We use Canada Post and Purolator as our primary shipping carriers and will opt for the one that provides the best combination of price and delivery date for your order. Should either of these options not meet your preferences, kindly inform us by leaving a comment in the order notes section during the checkout process.
UNITED STATES
Your package will be initially processed by Canada Post and then further shipped to its destination in the United States via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
ELSEWHERE
Your package will be initially processed by Canada Post and then further shipped to its destination via your local mail courier.
What are the shipping fees?
CANADA
Shipping fees are dependent on the weight and items of your order. Ranging from $2.99 to $9.99. Please note, regular lettermail does not include tracking. We strongly recommend opting for a tracked package option.
Orders above $60CAD will ship for FREE (tracking included).
The option to upgrade shipping is available at checkout.
USA
We use a calculated shipping app to estimate your fee. Orders above $60CAD will ship for FREE (tracking included)
INTERNATIONAL
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

I put the wrong address, what do I do?
We cannot assume responsibility for inaccurately entered addresses. Prior to finalizing your order, we kindly ask that you thoroughly review your shipping details. If you discover any address errors, please promptly contact our team, and we will gladly make necessary adjustments, provided the order has not been processed.
Do you accept returns?
If your ElleaShop accessory has incurred craftsmanship-related damage, we will gladly offer a replacement. However, please note that due to the item's nature and for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns.
My package is lost/stolen, what should I do?
Regular Lettermail (NO TRACKING)
Since this option does not include tracking, we are unable to determine the whereabouts of your package. If you suspect your package may be lost, our standard policy is to wait for a period of four weeks before we send a replacement order. If one of the items is no longer available, we will then offer a refund for that particular accessory.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE. NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.

Sizing & Products
What size do you offer?
At ElleaShop, we offer six different sizes: XL, Extra-Fluffy, Regular, Petite, Slim and Mini.
Please review our sizing guide for more information.
XL, Extra Fluffy, Regular, Petite, and Slims share the same elastic size, whereas Minis feature a shorter elastic. Our Minis are specifically designed for those with fine hair, for creating half buns, tying braids, or for use by children.
*Please note that if you have fine or very thick hair, we can adjust the width of the elastic.

Care Instructions
How do I care for my scrunchies?
Spot cleaning not doing the trick? For best results, we recommend hand washing your scrunchie and allowing it to air dry.
In case it's absolutely necessary, you can place your scrunchie in a mesh washable bag, machine wash it using cold water on a gentle cycle, avoid wringing it, and then lay it flat to dry.
*While some of our scrunchies are designed to withstand multiple wash and dryer cycles, many are not. We recommend machine washing as a last resort.
How do I care for my headbands?
If needed, spot cleaning is strongly recommended.
If your headband has wrinkles, you can use an iron to smooth them out, but be cautious not to touch the wire.
*Please note that machine washing the Wire Headband is not advised, as it can damage the wire and the headband.
